The comprehensive renovation plan will deliver long-term, quality homes for residents in the heart of Jersey City. Over the course of approximately 8 to 12 months, Related Affordable will perform critical systems upgrades and extensive updates to each residence and provide updated amenities throughout the property in order to preserve Montgomery Gateway Apartments as an affordable community.
The planned renovation will focus on modernization of the residential units; reconfiguration and enhancement of the management office and maintenance shop; sitework; improvements to the building envelopes; security camera and lighting upgrades; and replacing aging systems in order to extend the useful life of the property.
