Post Renovation Benefits
Post-renovation, the Property will employ a full-time Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) on-site. This staff member will be involved in providing assessments, case management, crisis intervention, programming and Medicaid/Medicare service referrals.
In addition, the RSC will opportunistically partner with local organizations to provide access to programming tailored toward the Property’s family and disabled residents. Programming includes activities centered around health and wellness in addition to activities geared toward recreation.
Related Affordable and PK Management will work together to identify opportunities to expand the scope of resources available to residents.
